If you booked your holiday with a deposit, your remaining balance must be paid in full 10 weeks before your arrival date.
If you book less than 10 weeks before your holiday starts, you’ll need to pay the full cost of your holiday at the time of booking.
Can I extend my balance due date?
No, your balance due date cannot be extended.
Any deposit or top-up deposit must also be paid by the date confirmed when you make your booking.
How can I check my outstanding balance?
Log in to Manage My Booking to view your outstanding holiday balance and payment details.
Select Make Payment to make a payment towards your booking. Depending on how far away your holiday is, you may be able to make a part-payment or pay the remaining balance in full.
How can I pay my holiday balance?
You can pay your holiday balance:
- Online through Manage My Booking
- Over the phone using our automated payment line on 0330 8089 734
- By internet banking, using the payment details shown in Manage My Booking
- By Direct Debit, if you selected this payment option when booking
- Using balance auto collection, if this was set up for your booking

How do I use the automated payment line?
Call 0330 8089 734 and have the following details ready:
- Your holiday booking reference number
- Your postcode
- Your departure date
- Your debit or credit card
Enter the requested details using the touchpad on your phone to make your payment.
What if I pay by Direct Debit?
If you’re paying by Direct Debit, log in to Manage My Booking to view your payment schedule and upcoming instalments.
Your Direct Debit payments will continue as scheduled until your holiday balance has been paid in full.
