We accept the following payment methods: credit or debit card, cheque or postal order, BACS or online bank payment and balance auto collection.
Credit/debit card
We do not charge for using a credit or debit card to pay for your holiday. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. We do not accept Laser or American Express cards.
Direct Debit
If you would like to spread the cost of your holiday by paying monthly, Direct Debit can be used on holidays booked online to the value of £300 or more. Only holidays booked a minimum of 16 weeks prior to travel are eligible. Find out more information here.
Cheque/postal order
Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Parkdean Resorts and write your name, address and booking number on the back. All cheques must be received at least three weeks before the payment date of your holiday; any holidays booked within this three week period must be paid for by credit/debit card.

Balance auto collection
Providing the credit/debit card used to make your deposit payment is still valid at the time your balance is due and you have an email address, we can take this payment automatically from you – either select this option when making your booking on our website or ask your advisor at the time of booking.
