What if I don't have the requested ID types?

If you are unable to upload one of the document types accepted in Yoti, you can speak to our helpful team via Live Chat and upload a photo of an alternative ID (see below). You can access this by clicking ‘Chat now’ when logging into ‘Manage My Booking’, or by visiting our contact us page.

  • Utility Bill (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Current Council Tax Bill
  • Tenancy Agreement
  • Bank Statement
  • Old Style Driving Licence

Please note we only require name, address and date visibility within the last 3 months. Please make sure the name and address on your ID match the details on your booking.
