What is the deadline for paying my outstanding balance on a promotional holiday?
The balance due date is always 10 weeks before the holiday date. However, any bookings which are less than 10 weeks away and have an outstanding balance must be paid immediately. If your outstanding balance is solely due to unpaid Hub passes we added on your behalf, these will be removed from your booking. Without Hub passes you won’t be able to benefit from access to all our fantastic on park facilities, including swimming, activities, live entertainment, amusements, and kids’ clubs. You will only be permitted to use the shop, café, restaurant and launderette. Holidays with outstanding balances due to anything else may be cancelled if not paid. Should your holiday be cancelled, admittance to the park will not be permitted.
