How can I pay for my promotional holiday?
The easiest way to make a payment is by logging in to your account via the "Manage My Booking" section, which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is your booking reference number, your surname and postcode to log in. Please have your debit/credit card to hand. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro - unfortunately, we do not accept Laser or American Express cards.

You can call our dedicated payment line on 0344 381 9166, open Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat 8am-7pm, Sun 9am-9pm. Please have your debit/credit card to hand. We accept the same payment cards as we do online, as mentioned above. You can pay in full or via instalments, as long as the total holiday price is paid in full 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Parkdean Resorts. On the back of the cheque, please write your booking reference number, your name and address. All cheques must be received at least 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.
