How and when can I pay for my holiday?

Your balance will need to be paid in full 10 weeks prior to the day you arrive. The quickest and easiest way to view or pay your balance is online via our 'Manage My Booking' portal. Simply log in, enter your booking information and click 'Make Payment'. You can choose to pay in full or, if your holiday is more than 10 weeks away, you can opt to pay a deposit.

The amount of your deposit will depend on how much your holiday costs. In order to qualify for a deposit payment, a minimum holiday price of £139 on 7 night bookings and £79 on short breaks applies. This is set out in our terms and conditions.
