How and when can I pay for my holiday?

Your balance will need to be paid in full within 10 weeks before the day you arrive. The quickest and easiest way to view or pay your balance is online via the 'My Booking' portal. Simply log in, enter your booking information and click "Make Payment". You can pay in full or, if your holiday is more than 10 weeks away, you can opt to pay a deposit.

The amount of your deposit will depend on how much your holiday costs. Minimum prices of £139 apply on 7 night holidays and £79 on short breaks to qualify. This is set out in our terms and conditions.
