Booking a new holiday
1. When booking your holiday online, proceed through the checkout process until you reach the 'Payment Details & Confirmation' page.
2. Under 'Select your payment type', choose the 'Pay balance in full' option.
3. Enter your unique voucher code under 'Redeem Voucher' and click the 'Validate' button. The total amount of your holiday voucher will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
4. If there is a remaining balance (after deducting your holiday voucher amount) you can proceed to pay this using your credit or debit card.
5. Confirm your booking by selecting 'Book my holiday now'.
Redeeming a voucher on an existing booking
2. On the 'Make a Payment' page under 'How do you want to pay?', choose the 'By Voucher' option.
3. Enter your unique voucher code and click the 'Validate' button. The total amount of your holiday voucher will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
4. If there is a remaining balance (after deducting your holiday voucher amount) you can proceed to pay this using your credit or debit card. If the value of the voucher you have received is higher than the balance due on your holiday, you can use the same voucher code against another additional holiday to redeem its remaining value. This must be done by the redemption deadline of the voucher. To confirm the expiry date of your holiday voucher, please check our terms and conditions.
