Feefo is an independent consumer review platform that takes the guesswork out of customer reviews. It’s Feefo's impartial position and trustworthy approach that makes it our holiday reviews platform of choice, ensuring total transparency between our customers’ feedback and our team.

Feefo also allows our customers to rate us in a number of categories, so we can keep track of what we’re doing well and quickly spot where we might need to improve. This means we can set things right and continue to delight our customers - helping them create amazing memories while on holiday with us.

Feefo reviews explained

Feefo reviews cover a comprehensive range of factors. This allows you to score different elements of your holiday, as well as leave some qualitative feedback about your experience with us. We want to ensure all of our guests have a fantastic holiday experience, so we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we’re performing.

When you receive the email to leave your Feefo review, you’ll be asked to score the holiday park you stayed at out of 10 for the following categories:

  • Facilities 
  • Location & surroundings
  • Helpfulness of staff
  • Overall rating 

You’ll also be asked whether you’d recommend Parkdean Resorts to others and how well your customer service queries were handled.

How do I leave a Feefo review?

Once you’ve booked your holiday with us, you’ll receive an email from Feefo shortly after your stay – with a link to leave a review. You’ll be asked to score your holiday experience on a number of factors, as well as provide a written review of your holiday with us.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email from Feefo, please contact them directly on [email protected]. Once they’ve confirmed that you’re a genuine customer via proof of purchase, they’ll be able to collect your review.
