During your holiday
We'll do everything we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday with us, but sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens, please tell your on-park experience team straight away.
Please let us know about any issues or concerns so we can resolve them quickly and you can continue to enjoy your stay.
We ask for the opportunity to put things right whilst you're on park. If the park team are not notified of your concerns during your holiday, and do not have the opportunity to resolve, we are unable to progress your complaint.
Most issues raised by guests during their stay are successfully fixed by our park teams. However, if you return home and still have an unresolved complaint, please contact our Customer Relations Team. You must do this within 14 days of returning from your holiday.
Submit your complaint by logging into Manage My Booking, and raise a ticket through Live Chat.
We'll let you know we've received your complaint and liaise with the management team who will investigate further and get back to you within 7 days.
