As the UK’s largest holiday park operator, our business supports thousands of local jobs within the travel and tourism industry. That's why we have a responsibility to ensure safety for each and every person in our parks.
We've worked closely with holiday park operators, UK Hospitality, the National Caravan Council and the British Holiday Home Parks Association. Together, we’ve set out a number of new policies and measures to ensure we maximise the safety and comfort of our holidaymakers, owners and guests. *If Parkdean Resorts cancels your booking due to a park closure as a result of the coronavirus then you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount you have paid, or a holiday voucher equal to the amount you have paid towards the current booking, plus up to an additional 20% (up to the value of £150). Terms and conditions will apply. Please note, you will not be entitled to any refund or voucher where you cancel your holiday prior to Parkdean Resorts confirming any park closure for the dates you’re booked to stay with us. If you cancel your holiday, the standard booking terms and conditions will apply. If your holiday is cancelled and the cancelled holiday was booked (in whole or in part) with a voucher issued to you in respect of a holiday that had been previously cancelled as a result of the coronavirus pandemic , you will only be entitled to receive a voucher for the same value as the previous voucher you used to book this cancelled holiday, or a refund of the amount you paid for your original holiday booking and any additional amount paid in cash by you towards the new holiday and not the full value of the voucher. This only applies to all bookings with an arrival date up to and including 30 November 2021 only.
**This applies to critical workers listed in the guidance titled “Guidance for critical workers who can access schools or educational settings” published by the Cabinet Office and the Department for Education and updated on 5th May 2020. We may request proof that you or a member of your party is a critical worker. Permitted changes include name change and date change. Change must be requested no later than 7 days before the original arrival date. If you change the date, your new arrival date must be within 12 months of original arrival date. You will be required to pay the difference if there is any increase in price. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to remove this offer at any time. This only applies to all bookings with an arrival date up to and including 30 November 2021 only.
