Here’s how to tell us about an issue during your holiday:
- You can contact our Guest Experience Team by visiting Reception or sending a text. Their telephone number can be found in your Digital Welcome Pack.
- You can speak to a member of our Out of Hours Team who will do all that they can to assist you, again their telephone number can be found in your Digital Welcome Pack.
