We’ll do everything we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday with us, but sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens, please tell our Guest Experience team straight away. Please let us know about any issues so that we can resolve them quickly and you can continue to enjoy your stay.

  • You can speak to a member of our Out of Hours Team who will do all that they can to assist you, again their telephone number can be found in your Digital Welcome Pack.
