- Both kids and adults had an amazing time. All staff were amazing and very helpful apart from one male behind the bar who unfortunately was my last memory I would maybe move him to another department of your resort as he is not a people person

- As noted above issues with the caravan and pool. Overall our stay was ok. I was shocked at the state of the caravan especially when i paid over £100 to change dates due to my child being in hospital on our original date. The holiday cost around £400 and I felt the accommodation really let this down

- We booked the caravan and understood that the pics on the website might not be accurate but they defo were not! The caravan was stinking when we arrived and looked like it needed a right good clean. The sofa is diagusting and needs attention. No hoover to clesn or dustpan and brush so not sure how we were to clean up after 7 days. Went to complain and cleaners sent straight away. They wiped the floior and saud they were short staffed even though 3 cleaners turned up in the same car. Spiders were unreal in both bathrooms and was told it was spider season ( to my knowledge this is nearer September) and to buy some Raid - surely if they know there is a problem then it should be dealt with. Told they keep coming back - I cleaned them out and never saw them again the whole time we were there. The double mattress was absolutely howling and should not be used at all. If it wasn't for the fact my daughter was ill we would have left but after a 6 hour trip it wasn't an option

- The boys that worked in the pool went above and beyond for the guests. Great with the kids and really helped make the holiday. The pool itself is in a terrible state of repair and badly needing a refit.
