Order your food and drinks direct
We’re excited to be able to welcome you back and we’re continuing to work hard to ensure the safety of all of our staff and customers. You might notice some changes within our bar and restaurant venues, so to make things simpler we’ve introduced a new food and drink app to make your holiday hassle-free.
There’s no need for queuing or waiting when you order and pay directly from your phone with the new Parkdean Resorts Order & Pay app.
Simply choose whether you want to order some delicious food or drinks straight to your table, or take them back to enjoy in the comfort of your accommodation.
Using the Order & Pay app
Step 1. Downloading the app
Next you can enable your location within the app so that it can locate the closest park or alternately you can browse all parks and select the you’re staying at.
Placing a Click and Collect order
To place an order for collection select the Click and Collect option along with your desired time slot to collect your order. Browse our delicious menu and choose your items along with any extras or upgrades.
After you’ve finished select the basket icon to review your order and make sure that you are happy with your chosen time slot.
After your order is confirmed head over to the main complex during your collection slot to pick up your food.
Order food and drink to your table
If you’d prefer to dine at one of our outdoor venues you can use the Order and Pay app to order food directly to your table, no need to queue! Follow the same process as above to select your park and choose the Order to Table option to select your items from the food and drink menu.
Once you have chosen your items proceed to your basket to review your order, after you click confirm you will be able to set your table number. Please note that a table number is required to process your order.
Tap the heart next to a park name to add it as a favourite. Your favourite venues will show on your side menu for a faster checkout in future.
We accept the following payment methods: Debit and Credit Cards & American Express.
Limited customisation can be made within the app. If you would like to make further changes please place your order at the bar.
All of our deals are available via the app. The dine-in app menu is identical to the printed venue menu. Offers are also available using order and pay although please note that the menu choices do differ from that on the dine-in menu. Your basket will be updated to reflect all offers before you make your payment.

The app can be used to order food and drink independently and there is no minimum transaction value.
If a product is missing or greyed-out this means that it is currently unavailable in the venue.
We capture and securely store the following data for each customer: first name; last name; e-mail address. This information is used to provide an electronic receipt. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties.
A receipt for each order is sent to the email that you have used to sign into the app with.
Please speak to a management team member who will be able to deal with your issue. If it is necessary he/she will process your refund through the till.
If you believe that your refund has not been properly processed on site, please visit reception in the first instance.
At the top of each menu screen you will see a magnifying glass icon which will allow you to search for a product by name.
