As a Parkdean Resorts Owner, you may be able to earn some extra income by letting your holiday home when you aren’t using it. Whether your priority is flexibility or guaranteed earning, we have two great options to choose from: Your Lets Flexible and Your Lets Fixed.
It’s going to be a great year for staycations, so why not join thousands of Owners who let their holiday home with us? Whichever option you choose, let us take the hassle out of letting.
It’s easier than ever when you let through us. We take care of everything including:
✔ Marketing your holiday home on the Parkdean Resorts website
✔ All booking confirmations, pre-arrival information and entertainment passes
✔ Check-in and check-out
✔ Payment from guests (and to you)
✔ Guest enquiries
✔ Cleaning and inventory
✔ Providing and cleaning linen for guests
*Please note that should you let your holiday home privately we will only provide a check-in and gas replacement service, charges may apply.
Your Lets Flexible
With no hidden charges, we pay you 70% of our holiday tariff every time we let out your holiday home. Our most simple option – let us know when you are not using your holiday home and we will let it out to holidaymakers. We’ll take care of everything and your income earned is the tariff paid to us by the guest, minus our 30% commission**.
**Parkdean Resorts does not guarantee a minimum earning as part of Your Lets Flexible. The holiday tariff is the amount paid to us by the holiday guest staying in your holiday home excluding extras such as fishing permits, ski passes, half board, cots, high chairs (if we have provided these), cancellation cover and personal holiday insurance (which are retained by Parkdean Resorts).
Your Lets Fixed
We pay you a guaranteed fixed amount, regardless of whether we let your holiday home out or not. We will agree your income against set dates at the start of the letting period and you can leave the rest to us±.
±Our obligation to pay you the Owner Income (under any Scheme) shall not apply in relation to any period the park is closed (regardless of the reason for the closure).
Not sure which option is right for you?
You may be able to combine both letting options to maximise your earning potential. Speak to your Owner Experience Team on park to work out what's best for you.
What You Need to Know About Letting Your Holiday Home
How much can you earn from a holiday home?
The amount you earn depends on a number of factors, including: the age and size of your holiday home, the facilities in your holiday home, how many weeks you let out your holiday home, and which dates you choose to let your holiday home (or the agreed amount under Your Lets Fixed). You’ll be earning an income from the lets we arrange for you, but you’ll still be responsible for all running costs.
Before choosing which letting option to join, you should consider how you use your holiday home. Whether you love to spend the summer holidays on park with the kids or prefer quieter off-peak breaks, you can make letting work around you. We’ll also need to test your holiday home’s safety features and check everything’s up to standard before we let it for you. You’ll need all the necessary safety certificates, a TV licence and valid insurance that covers letting too.
Ready to start earning with your holiday home? Speak to your Owner Experience Manager on park or fill in the form below to receive your information pack. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about signing up to let your holiday home with us, including all the terms and conditions and relevant signup forms. Alternatively, you can contact our Owner Lets Team on 0344 335 3442. Once we’ve received your completed forms, a member of the park team will arrange a visit to view your holiday home.

If you have made your Holiday Home available for more than the minimum period specified (see ‘Do I need to provide you with letting dates?’ for more details) and there is no Booking on the date you request, we will honour your request. However, if there is already a Booking on the date you request, your request will be declined. You must give us as much notice as possible if you would like to add more Owner Hire Dates. If your request means you would not be making your Holiday Home available for the minimum period for the relevant Scheme, your request will be declined.

We will send a statement detailing the breakdown of bookings you’ve had in your holiday home, and your letting income is added to your Owner Account based on the below schedule:
For bookings with an arrival date on or before 30th November 2022
We will credit your Owner Account for any bookings with an arrival date before 14th November 2022 and we will debit the 2023 pitch fee** and we will offset any outstanding rates, utilities and the 2023 pitch fee against your Owner Income.
For bookings with an arrival date between 1 December 2022 and on or before 13th January 2023
We will credit your Owner Account for any bookings between 14th November 2022 and 3rd January 2023 (including festive bookings).
If after debiting your 2023 pitch fee, and paying any other debt owed to us on your Owner Account, you are in credit, then we will pay you the balance or write to you with payment options for the amount due if there is an amount owed to us.
You may find that your income covers your pitch fee, but of course, it does depend on the number of weeks you agree to let your holiday home for and when.
**Unless you have notified us that you are terminating your pitch licence agreement and will be removing your holiday home from the park before the start of the 2022 season.
Payment of any monies owed to you will be made by BACS transfer. Please note - payments will only be made if all prior year balance is cleared and up-to-date.
