Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is available to customers who purchase a holiday home at Carmarthen Holiday Park who do not currently own a holiday home at a Parkdean Resorts holiday park.
  2. This offer is available on specific and limited pitches only.
  3. Pitch fees will be the following reduced rates: £3600 in the first season of ownership, £3900 for the second season and £4200 for the third season. The standard pitch fees will be payable from the fourth season.
  4. Pitch fees listed above include the Early Payment Discount and the Loyalty Discount.
  5. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. The offer is available from 6th March 2017 until the selected pitches are sold.
  7. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
  8. This offer applies to pitch fees only and does not include any other costs associated with owning a holiday home, including but not limited to, rates and the supply of gas and electricity.
  9. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the sale. This sale is subject to Parkdean Resorts’ usual terms and conditions which will be provided on request.
  10. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  11. Insofar as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up this offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors of that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  12. This offer will be governed by English law and customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
