Parkdean Resorts will contribute £2,000 towards the deposit that is payable by the owner for their new holiday home. Available to new and eligible existing holiday home owners who either: (i) purchase a selected new holiday home, or part exchange into a selected new holiday home, between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive; or (ii) are issued with their final sale and licence agreement for the purchase of their new holiday home (including part exchange) between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive and subsequently complete their purchase within 30 days after their new holiday home arrives on the park, and in either case, as part of the purchase, enters into a selected finance agreement with Santander Consumer (UK) plc. Lodges are excluded from this promotion.

Parkdean Resorts will contribute £3,000 towards the deposit that is payable by the owner for their new Victory Willow holiday home. Available to everyone who either purchases or part exchanges into a new Victory Willow holiday home, between 1 April 2026 and 31 August 2026 inclusive and as part of the purchase, enters into a selected finance agreement with Santander Consumer (UK) plc. This offer applies only to new Victory Willow holiday homes. It is not available on any other holiday home models, any used holiday homes, or any new or used lodges.

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited t/a ‘Parkdean Resorts’ (Reg. No. 05729719) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN782645) for credit broking activities. Parkdean Resorts act as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is provided by Santander Consumer (UK) plc (Reg. No. 2248870, FRN 444327). Parkdean Resorts can only introduce you to selected lenders. Parkdean Resorts will not receive commission. Finance is subject to status, terms and conditions apply. Minimum age restrictions may be in place. Various companies within the Parkdean Resorts’ group are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Depending on your chosen holiday park, you will enter into an agreement with the relevant group company.
