If you cancel your holiday, cancellation charges may apply to any monies paid directly to Parkdean Resorts, in line with clauses 38 and 68 of our holiday booking terms and conditions. For promotional bookings, “total holiday value” means the total amount payable to Parkdean Resorts. If you cancel more than 70 days before arrival, the cancellation charge will be 30% of this amount.
