Why have I not had any communication from Parkdean Resorts regarding my holiday booking?
If your booking was affected by our parks being closed and you have not provided us with an up to date email address or mobile number we will be unable to contact you. If you haven't heard from us, this is probably why. Please log in to 'My Booking' to ensure that we have the correct information and call us if this needs to be updated. We would also recommend checking your junk folder.
