Why have I not had any communication from Parkdean Resorts regarding my holiday booking?
If your booking has been affected by our parks being closed, but you haven't been contacted by us with details of what to do next yet, this could be due to a number of reasons. We recommend reading the information below before trying to contact us, as our customer service teams are experiencing high call volumes at present.
- Please ensure your email address and telephone number on your booking is correct and up to date - if we don't have this information, we will be unable to contact you. You can check the contact details we have on file for you by logging into 'My Booking'. If these are incorrect, please call us and we can update these for you
- We recommend checking your junk or spam folder within your email inbox
- With such a large volume of affected customers to contact, we are working through emailing customers in order of their originally scheduled arrival date. If your holiday booking has only recently become affected, we appreciate your patience at this time while we contact those who have earlier bookings
