If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit, please do so directly with your bank. Your booking will revert to non-Direct Debit terms, which means your payment due date will revert to 10 weeks prior to arrival. We may ask you to pay a top up deposit, up to the standard deposit amount, depending on the amount paid to date. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your booking, any refund due will be based on our standard terms and conditions which can be found here.
