If you cancel your holiday more than 70 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of monies paid, minus the cost of your deposit and any non-refundable admin, amend, retain or booking service fees.
If you cancel your holiday less than 70 days prior to arrival you will receive no refund.
However, we do offer cancellation cover which can be added at the time of booking or up to 24 hours after booking. If you have added this product, you can view the full terms for our cancellation cover here.
For bookings made before 08/01/2024:
If you cancel your holiday you'll be liable for the full cost. However, we do offer cancellation cover which can be added at the time of booking. You can view the full terms for cancelling on our cancellation cover page. If you do not have cancellation cover protection, you will also have to pay cancellation charges.
