If you cancel your holiday more than 70 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of monies paid, minus the cost of your deposit and any non-refundable admin, amend, retain or booking service fees.
If you cancel your holiday less than 70 days prior to arrival you will receive no refund.
If you cancel your holiday booking and have bought holiday cancellation cover, you will be covered for some of the cost depending on when you cancel and the reasons for cancelling.
