If for any reason one of your Direct Debit payments fail and you haven't manually made the relevant payment by the due date, your Direct Debit plan will be automatically cancelled. Your booking will revert to non-Direct Debit terms, which means your payment due date will revert to 10 weeks prior to arrival. We may ask you to pay a top up deposit, up to the standard deposit amount, depending on the amount paid to date. If you fail to do this your holiday may be cancelled, as per our Terms and Conditions.
