What do I need to show when I check in?

When you arrive on park to start your holiday our friendly team will be waiting to greet you and check you in. The lead passenger named on the booking must be the person to check-in. We may ask you to provide your ID when you check-in or during your stay to confirm this. If there's been a change to your party, and the lead passenger is no longer holidaying with us, you'll need to amend this information on your booking. You can do this by logging into 'Manage My Booking' online, and using our live chat facility. Please note, fees may apply.

When booking a holiday with us, here's what you can expect in the lead up to your arrival at the park:

  • We'll ask you to check-in online before you arrive and ensure your party details are up to date
  • Ahead of your arrival, we'll send you an email about our check-in process and your allocated arrival time. We'll also send you a digital welcome pack and a map of the park you can download
  • When you arrive on park, you'll be able to collect your keys, Hub passes and a copy of our on park guide from our Experience team
  • As mentioned above, you must bring your ID with you, as you may be asked for this on arrival or during your stay. Only the guests named on your booking can occupy your holiday home and anyone not named on your booking will be asked to leave the park - so please ensure these details are up to date
  • Once you have collected your keys you can head straight to your accommodation and get your holiday started!
  • For touring and camping guests – you'll be able to collect your pitch number and on park guide when you arrive
  • We'll be ready to respond to any questions during your stay with our handy SMS text service, available during your park's opening hours. Details of this service can be found in your on park guide
